Very-very nice and polite staff, it was excellent stay.

the breakfast was good hot and there was a huge variety of outstanding food. the beds were big, i slept well. the position of the hotel was marvellous and perfect, next to the river.

The room was fully functional and new-fashioned, and the beds were great. The location was marvellous, around 10-15 minutes walk from an urban park.

The units were spotless with' real' beds.

We enjoyed the affordable rates and modern aesthetic of this hotel. It was kept very clean, and we appreciated the convenience of the free parking option. The hotel also provided nice facilities, including a bar and restaurant with satisfying meal options. Although the hotel was situated outside of the main town area, it had easy access to the autoroute and offered a peaceful view of the river.

Hotel staff was very friendly. Hotel was new, clean and well designed (except bathrooms).

Hotel is on the main road and it is very very noisy if your room is on the road side.I Had to use ear plugs then I changed my room to the other side of hotel which was silent. There is no laundry service at hotel, it was a problem for me. There is no safe in rooms. Bath rooms are too small such that you have to sit diagonally on the toilet! :) It is far away from city center and there is almost nothing to see or to do around the hotel.But, by bus you can go city center directly.

Well-appointed and bright place with a particularly good view. An electronic key card, a work desk and TV available in the standard double room. Very clean beds, excellent staff, gorgeous breakfast. Excellent location close to river, new facilities. Great base for exploring Oullins.

If the staff working in the restaurant worked on the front desk, I'd probably still be in France. Utterly useless. Unfortunately, the only alternative near by for eating is a kebab shop. Same goes for the bar, if you want a drink, ensure you have a good book, you'll be there a while.

During our stay at the hotel, we were pleasantly surprised by the efficient and hassle-free check-in process. The staff at the reception were warm, welcoming, and provided all the necessary information without any delay. We also appreciated the secure parking facility and the convenience of having power outlets at the desk for charging our devices. The free WLAN was sufficient for our needs, allowing us to stay connected and make Skype calls without any issues. Additionally, the buffet-style breakfast offered a wide variety of options, allowing us to eat to our heart's content. I would highly recommend this hotel for its friendly service and comfortable amenities.

No complains at all, the venue met needs, recommend it. Got a reasonably priced and nice hot breakfast included in the rate. Location: the hotel was really close to nearby restaurants, Oullins, France, and the garden instead highway. Moreover, it was 4 km from Confluence;)))

Spent Xmas and had a great time. The staff was amazing, always available to help and very friendly. The location couldn't have been better, close to everything. We loved the modern and comfortable room, and wifi was fast and free. The restaurant served delicious food that exceeded our expectations, especially the dessert!

The parking lot was a bit difficult to find, but once we found it, it was okay. Also, the hotel's surroundings were not the best, but despite this, we always felt safe.
